Main tasks
- Lead to analyse and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
- Lead to establish measures to assess progress, savings, and targets
- Lead to monitor the effectiveness of category performance report processes, data analysis and make recommendations for system, process and performance improvements
- Lead in providing periodic reports on all procurement activities for the category
- Collaborate with user departments to reduce the procurement cycle time
- Be responsible to identify and realize cost saving or improvement initiatives in the procurement of goods and services
- Identify, analyse, and develop vendor markets
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple user departments
- Participate and follow-up closely with Category Manager on Telenor Contract management requirements
- Participate and engage actively in negotiations and ensure delivery targets
- Output recommendation to support Implementation of Category sourcing strategy
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
Profile
· Have strong business knowledge in telecommunications landscape
· Broad understanding of the vendor market and deep understanding of Mobile Network (including Managed Services, Operational Services, Maintenance & Support, and general Mobile Network Management)
· Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively (verbal, presentation, facilitation & listening modes of communication) across organizational and cultural boundaries, internal and external
· Strong analytical, systems thinking and problem solving capabilities
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques and demand management & demand forecasting methods
· Familiar with contract setup activities such as specification definition, contract T&C setup
· Advanced experience with data processing tools, e.g. Excel or Tableau
· Result oriented, demonstrating excellent collaboration abilities
· Able to work with a high degree of execution power and passion
· High level of integrity and ethics
· Highly creative and innovative mindset

Qualification and Experience Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business or Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in a procurement / contract management / vendor / negotiations / supply chain management role or as functional expert which related in Network Services
- Technology background would be an advantage
