Job Description:
- Carry out defects management/rectification, testing, and commissioning with relevant stakeholders and contractors;
- To review and plan the maintenance and operation of the M&E systems, and building services.
- Ensure all equipment and services are operated and maintained following requirements and specifications;
- Prepare annual budgets for operating expenditures and capital expenditures for improvement works;
- Supervise and manage engineering term contractors (ACMV, Electrical, ELVS, P&S, Lifts, Escalators, BMUs).
- To ensure that all term contractors deliver the contractual level of service standard;
- Prepare tender exercise for renewal of term contracts, improvement, and major repair works;
- Implement and manage energy, water efficiency, and relevant sustainability measures;
- Supervise the engineering executive and a group of senior technicians and technicians;
- Provide technical inputs to Leasing and FM Manager on tenants' fit-out works and operation requirements;
- Attend to requests/feedback from tenants, customers; & any other duties assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years (degree holder) or 8 years (diploma holder) of building management, maintenance, and operation of M&E systems and equipment work experience in the real estate or related industries and with at least 5 years of supervisory experience;
- Familiar with the building industry and maintenance standards such as the Singapore Code of Practices, Singapore Standards, and Green Mark requirements;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; &
- Related work experience in similar Grade A or high-end developments will be advantageous.
