Job Descriptions:
- Creating, manufacturing, and installing components that meet specified requirements.
- Engaging in the entire lifecycle of product development, including design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and implementation.
- Analyzing issues or shortcomings and devising solutions to address them.
- Conducting experiments and assessments to enhance and innovate product designs.
- Utilizing CAD technology to develop plans and designs.
- Assessing the overall performance, reliability, and safety of final products.
- Estimating project budgets and timelines.
- Drafting technical documentation for machine operators.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for products.
- Collaborating with project managers and fellow engineers within our team.
- Coordinating with vendors to finalize modules.
- Handling mechanical documentation responsibilities.
The Successful Applicants:
- Applicants should hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics).
- Around 7 years of technical experience in the field, preferably within a Semiconductor environment; candidates with expertise in other industries and solid equipment knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with substantial expertise in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/ LabView programs.
- Experience in troubleshooting fully automatic PC-based equipment in semiconductor and other industrial settings.
- Sound knowledge of equipment control and troubleshooting methods/skills.
- Familiarity with die bonder application and processes would be advantageous.
