We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: Central/ Any other part of Singapore
Pay: $3000 - $4000
Duration: 1-2 years Contract
Working Hours: Normal Office Hours
Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily basic tasks of system backups for the local office, operating servers and network equipment.
2. Support the network engineers to troubleshoot the network connectivity, server, and VOIP issues. Also, support in maintaining accurate Active Directory entries for desktops.
3. Support the company’s desktop and mobile applications (Office Suite, Outlook email).
4. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktop and mobile devices.
5. Manage the office equipment and provide support as needed.
6. Work closely with the day-to-day technology teams.
7. Assist the procedure of Operational Technology (OT) systems.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve IT systems.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or relevant studies.
2. Experience required: Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT industry.
3. Skills Required: Familiar with ITIL processes; relevant professional certificate is a plus.
4. Proficient in the following:
· Microsoft Office 365, One Drive, SharePoint.
· Understanding in common apps and willing to setup on mobile devices.
· Latest version of Windows.
· Basic configuration of PCs and laptops.
· Overall LAN/WAN concepts including DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, ADS, and knowledge of remote access technologies.
· Server and Windows Professional and/or latest version.
· Proficiency written and verbal in English
