Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining implemented systems (excluding safety related) such as conducting related internal audits, non-conformities closure, management review meeting, pest control management, and also handling related audits (documented in Management System)
- Attend to all external audits (Regulatory, Certification Bodies, Customers and etc) and ensuring proper closure of findings raised
- Periodic follow-up on continuous improvement activities triggered by the above management systems
- Conduct food safety refresher training (including food safety & quality culture), RSPO related training to all operational staff periodically
- To conduct supplier’s audit as planned
- Conduct product contaminant screening and liaison with external labs for all analysis enquiries
- Handle sales inquiries such as questionnaires, contaminant compliance and etc
- Update the legal register of environmental issues upon receiving the latest revision
- Conduct traceability and mock recall annually and maintain all records
- Conduct monthly food safety meeting and share food safety related information
- Part of QA Team in FSSC, QEMS & SEDEX Certification Audit, RSPO Audit and unannounced Kosher Audit
- To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or other Science related disciplines
- Obtained Food Safety Course Level 3 certification
- Any QA related assessor certificate or certified QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor in ISO or equivalent will be advantageous.
