Job Descriptions:
Strategic Partnership
- Work closely with various departments to formulate HR strategies and provide personalized HR solutions
- Take charge of implementing special projects initiated by the headquarters
Employee Relations
- Investigate and resolve intricate employee relations issues through thorough and impartial inquiries
- Manage performance management processes and facilitate efficient staff onboarding
Talent Management
- Oversee and execute talent acquisition initiatives, encompassing recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Administer job advertisement postings on the UKG Recruitment module
- Collaborate with management on succession planning
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry HR standards throughout all procedures
- Collaborate with payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing
- Handle annual insurance policy renewals with the broker
Reporting
- Collaborate with headquarters or APAC HR to analyze HR metrics and trends, devising innovative solutions, programs, and policies.
The Successful Applicants:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3-5 years or more of experience in an HRBP role
- Preference for the candidate from the Freight Forwarding/ Logistics industry due to the business nature
- Full comprehension of all HR functions and best practices, including payroll experience, and comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation
