Job Scope :
- Handle customer enquires & scheduling (thru phone call /email & other platform)
- Scheduling & coordinate service appointments.
- Prepare Job order (using SAP) & Quotations.
- General administrative works & ad-hoc duties when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum āNā Level
- Proficient in MS Office , Excel, Words
- Hardworking, good working attitude and customer orientated.
- Preferably with Aircon & Ceiling Fan knowledge.
Working hour : (5 day week):
Monday ā Friday, 8:30am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
