Salt is looking for a Unified Communication Engineer for a global technology client for a yearly renewable contract role. You will be Providing support for hybrid, in-person, and virtual meetings including configuring webinar settings, controlling in-meeting functions, and operating AV equipment such as microphones and presentation laptops.
Responsibilities:
· Reviews construction plans for new meeting rooms and specifies correct room requirements according to the Global AV Standards.
· Reviews telecom needs with project stakeholders and creates programming sheets for telecom system programming.
· Assists project team with procurement of telecom hardware.
· Assists project team with procurement and oversight of audiovisual vendor for assigned projects.
· Supports vendor and internal stakeholders with commissioning and validation of new telecom and audiovisual systems.
· Coordinates and plans upcoming meetings and webinars with meeting stakeholders including executive administration and corporate real estate teams.
Qualification:
· At least 3+ years years’ experience
· AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I certifications preferred.
