Responsibilities:
- Manage Data Center facility including;
- Lighting check
- Airflow check
- Ensure racks are lock
- Ensure no condensation
- Door access are in operation
- Emergency exit path is obstruction free
- No safety hazard
- Coordinate with vendor requesting to access the Data Center for any repair, upgrade, or installation of equipment.
- Daily Routine DC healthy check (Such as temperature, humility, power, server, and network switch).
- Respond to Data Center incident such as power trip, fire alarm, water leak, high temperature etc and escalate or report to relevant party/personnel.
- Cabling and troubleshooting the networking cable.
- Monitoring of Server and Network availability status.
- Monitoring of server antivirus definition ensuring up to date and escalation if not so.
- Monitoring of status of Data Center with DCIM.
Requirements:
- This require candidate to put on safety helmet, safety vest, and safety shoe.
- Must have minimum 2 years working experience as Data Center Operator
