Your role:
- Provide students with written advice on their examinations schedules, including advice to students who are repeating modules.
- Process student requests for examination transfers ensuring that fees are paid and the student’s registration for an examination is updated.
- Organise the seating arrangements and timetable for examinations for all proprietary courses and partner organisations examinations and coordinate the venues for these examinations
- Assist with the preparation of the examination timetable and arrange for staff and students to receive the timetable.
- Prepare attendance lists, seating plans and invigilators’ duty for each examination
- Organising the printing of examination papers
- Involve in exam invigilation
- Organise the collection of examination papers for marking by academic staff, ensuring the security of the examination papers at all times.
- Upon return of marked examination scripts and assignments organize for them to be couriered to Cambridge and partner organisations, where required.
- Prepare results lists following the Assessment Review Committee meeting (ARCM), checking the entries thoroughly
- Preparation of reports for submission to relevant institutional parties
- Prepare the graduation lists
- Release results to students ensuring that security of results is maintained.
- Prepare letters of certification and official transcripts
You should already have:
- At least a Diploma in Business / Management from a recognized Institution.
- Some relevant working experience in administration or academic support.
- Able to work independently and in a dynamic environment
- Effective problem-solving capability, solution-focused and broad thinking skill.
- Customer-focused and user service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work on flexible hours to support students or customers.
- Knowledge in MS Office, Windows OS and effective communication skill.
