This role is within the Business Management team, the predominant focus is on headcount, financials, and reporting.
- Assist team lead with managing and planning team financials, ensuring forecasting and budgeting are aligned with the targets.
- Assist with compiling monthly/annual reports, collect financial and operational data.
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with the team and stakeholders to simplify processes, improve and add value to existing business processes.
- Assist with preparing business review decks and other presentations as required for various management meetings, townhalls etc.
- Collate and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites.
- Support administrative tasks, on/offboarding procedures, invoicing and ad hoc tasks.
- Exposure to the various teams within Private Banking Operations.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Degree holder with 1-2 years work experience in Banking.
- Comfortable with numbers and possess strong analytical skills to investigate financial deviations and drivers.
- Pro-active and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn and take on additional challenges.
- Resourceful and independent with the ability to follow-through tasks.
- Good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suites – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
