Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing activities for electronic components within the APAC region.
- Work on any incoming service request enquiries from Sales Team and update pricing into our in-house ERP system.
- Liaise with our Warehouse Team (SG & HK) to ensure goods received are in correct quantity and in good quality.
- Reach out to new potential suppliers/vendors through cold-calling.
- Conduct assessment/qualification of suppliers/vendors.
- Build and maintain long term relationship with new and existing suppliers/vendors
- Monitors pertinent markets and defines how changes will impact supply and pricing conditions.
- Responsible to retrieve sercive request enquiries from Sales Team and update pricing into the CRM.
Requirements
- A minimum Diploma
- Frequent calling will be expected for this position
- Ability to converse fluently in both English & Mandarin so as to communicate with our suppliers/vendors in China and Taiwan region.
- Must be committed and have the hunger to learn or excel.
- Must be proactive, quick-witted and energetic
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
