Retail Store Manager
- Oversee daily store operations
- Supervise retail associates to ensure seamless functioning
- Maintain smooth workflow across all workstations and ensure staff work towards daily target
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store inventory
- Train and facilitate the integration of new employees
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion detail
- Passion for the retail industry
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Service oriented with good customer service skill
- Ability to adapt and work well in a fast paced environment
