Responsibilities:
- Preparation of DO, Invoices, Quotations and Purchase Orders
- Liaison with Customers, Suppliers and Service Providers
- Preparation of Management Reporting and Maintenance of Office Filing System
- Coordination of Orders Delivery and Logistics Planning with Internal and Production teams
- Any other duties relating to the efficient operations of the Company
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a operations position or its equivalent
- Excellent writing & communication skills, proactive nature and multi-tasking ability
- Excellent ability in problem resolution and conflict management
- Possesses creativity, resourcefulness and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organization skill and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Mandarin speaking is mandatory to communicate with China counterparts
