Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Key Responsibilities:
・Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
・Provide detailed information about our menu, including knowledge of Japanese-Italian fusion dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
・Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
・Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation aligns with the restaurant's high standards.
・Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
・Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and poise.
・Assist in inventory management and restocking of dining room supplies.
・Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
・Stay informed about current culinary trends and Japanese-Italian fusion cuisine.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining establishment
-Basic knife skills
-Knowledge of basic cookery methods
Remuneration:
- Basic salary: $2800-$3000 (Depending on experience)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 10am-3pm | 5pm-10.30pm
: Saturday: 2.30pm-10.30pm
: (If not busy can go back earlier)
-Off on Sunday and PH (PH sometimes might open but will have another day of restaurant closure)
-5 days’ work week (Sunday off, Saturday 1/2 day + another 1/2 day in the week)
