Responsibilities:
· Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations of the finance team in directly the full spectrum of the accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate statutory, monthly management reporting
· Monitor all receivables and payables balances, including ageing analysis
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and audit schedule
· Prepare and maintain periodic cash flow forecast
· Audit – Work alongside company’s auditor for statutory annual audit
· GST – Submission of quarterly GST return to IRAS
· knowledge of full set is an added advantage
Requirements:
· Must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy with 1 years working experiences
· Meticulous
· Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
· Prior experience in FMCG businesses is an added advantage
· Knowledge of Accounting Software Navision, Oracle Netsuite or Xero is an added advantage
