Morgan McKinley is seeking Business Data Analyst for a 5 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis of key program performance metrics, highlighting trends and identifying implications and opportunities to inform segment strategy
- Lead reporting processes such as dashboarding, planning, target setting and tracking
- Run evaluation of current reporting processes and cadences, identifying opportunities to drive automation, eliminate redundancies and address reporting gaps.
- Designing, developing and implementing operational improvements for the program and craft workflow for automation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in audit, business analytics / business intelligence / sales strategy / financial planning / business consulting or strategy, in technology context sales, or a mix of such experience
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance, once the objectives have been set, and overall direction has been aligned
- Experience with formulating and analysing large sets of data,
- Strong and effective written and oral communication to clearly convey data findings
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve results in sometimes ambiguous environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau/Quicksight, SQL
- Experience in planning and driving automation, business reporting, strategy and analysis
- Driving executive insights and deep dive on data
- Education – BA or above required; additional qualifications in relevant areas highly desired
