Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer requirements and prepare high-quality proposals while adhering to commercial policies.
- Negotiate contract terms for mutual benefit and exceptional customer service.
- Liaise effectively with customers, ensuring top-notch after-sales support and relationship building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate technical and commercial responses to clients.
- Maintain a meticulous log of customer sales inquiries and handle complaint reporting.

- Manage emergency spares stock levels and handle material discrepancy complaints.
