Marketing Executive

SUSHISAMBA Singapore, a renowned fusion restaurant blending Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our pre-opening team.


1. Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will be involved in planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our brands. This includes admin tasks, 360 social media management, advertising online & offline, overlooking public relations and more.

2. Principal Accountabilities

  1. Organizes and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties
  2. Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department
  3. Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
  4. Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations
  5. Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills
  6. Plan, promote, and execute community events, promotional programs, and local marketing initiatives using face to face marketing strategies
  7. Continually research and implement new methods of effective local store marketing
  8. Maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services
  9. Record progress of all inquiries and compile monthly report showing source of business and other relevant points
  10. Maintain an efficient tracking system of all paperwork
  11. Keep all websites updated with the right information
  12. Create content, plan and draft the monthly social media calendars
  13. Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

3. Communication & Working Relationships

  1. Works closely with the team to ensure information transmission at all time
  2. Communicate the flow and news of marketing activations across the other departments

4. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  1. Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication and Business
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  3. Experience working in the leisure, tourism or hospitality industry
  4. Excellent spoken and written English – Arabic is a plus
  5. Excellent communication and people skills
  6. Very strong social media skills & familiar with ads/business manager
  7. Excellent computer skills
  8. Excellent multi-tasking skills
  9. Strong planning and organizing skills
  10. Confident and dynamic personality
  11. Strong analytical and project management skills
  12. Creative
  13. Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions
  14. Highly cooperative team spirit
