Southeast Asia Growth Lead- Global Consulting
Role Purpose
The Southeast Asia (SEA) Growth Lead, Global Consulting is accountable for building relationships and providing advice to C-Suite executives and Corporate Real Estate Executives regarding the products, services and platforms to achieve their vision and strategy. S/he will work collaboratively with diverse clients and real estate experts to solve for the strategy, design, selection, and implementation of the necessary solutions to deliver meaningful financial and operational objectives. S/he will work closely with APAC Consulting Practice Leaders to ensure that our recommendations are tangible and constructed in such a way as to support the success of the overall client enterprise and their business transformation objectives. Reporting to the APAC Growth Lead, this role will be accountable for defining areas of opportunity for growth and obtaining new clients within Southeast Asia.
Location: Preferred location is Singapore but will consider other SEA countries
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and execute an overall strategy to considerably grow revenue and new business across Southeast Asia
- Demonstrate successful track record and exceptional effectiveness with C-Suite & CRE executives within Southeast Asia to help define their strategic needs and shape their strategy while positioning JLL as the partner of choice across the portfolio.
- Lead influential, dynamic, business development discussions and manage client relationships.
- Support the growth of Consulting’s P&L by participating in new business development activities to prospects and clients
- Develop and manage multiple client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth within Work Dynamics
- Partner closely with the Sales leaders and teams to unlock net new opportunities for business growth. Develop world-class ability to seed opportunities for expanded and long-term client relationships and agreements
- Accountable for effective and timely implementations of agreed solutions
- Manage, coach and guide diverse project teams to get the most out of our people and deliver the best results for our clients
- Define the overall consulting offerings working with other leaders within Client Value & Growth (CV&G) and JLL on the value proposition
- Maintain abreast of technology, products and related CRE solutions within and outside the Real Estate industry to remain contemporary and credible
- Work to identify other areas of opportunities for JLL products and services

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting
- Superior analytical skills, with preference to be able to analyze financial statements, perform, scenario analysis, and develop creative and value-enhancing deal structures with a broad range of complexity
- Experience with real estate, professional services, and/or business services
- Proven track record of managing Consulting operations profitably by managing investments, utilization, and leveraging various consulting commercial models and arrangements
- Ability to leverage relationships and attract talent globally
- Experience in optimizing cost through right shoring of capabilities and talent
- Strong executive presence with a history of presenting to senior leadership and boards of directors
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills
