Job Description
· Assist the Project Manager in monitoring issues pertaining to all Quality related matter.
· Analyze consultant drawing and specifications
· Checking of QA / QC Plans, formulate checklist, inspection and procedures
· Conduct and document all trade demos for the various disciplines such as Structural, Architectural and M&E.
· Support Project activities within the construction site
· Ensure project team and subcontractors adhere to requirements set out in the PQP.
· Support ISO certification
· Coordinate the document controls of reports, drawings, etc with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.
· Coordinate inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests as per drawing requirements.
· Liaise with the Client's representatives for day-to-day quality QC related activities if necessary.
Involvement in conducting of annual quality related ISO audits
Requirement
3 years relevant QA / QC work experience in LTA project
Familiar with quality management procedure within construction builder work
