Overall Function:


The key function for this role is to provide support to both internal and external stakeholder.


Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the Business Department. Utilizes skills to make certain that the merchant team have proper equipment or literature to do their job. Coordinate with Sales Person / RMs and make new plans and improvise processes to enhance the work environment.


Ensure all requests / issues from merchants and external partners are attended to and resolved within the stipulated service agreement timeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and perform first level of KYC for all incoming sales leads, and assign to respective Sales teams
  • Maintain and manage relationships with Channel Partners e.g Association, school management, external parties to generate more sales leads
  • Generate performance report for management updates
  • Preparation, analyze and compile monthly transactional and deployment reports to government agencies
  • Handle and provide administrative assistance to Business team and management as required
  • Communicate with merchants over calls and / emails / onsite regarding applications of products & services provided
  • Communication with merchants and partners on implementation of payment solutions including site visit to validate successful implementation
  • Merchant Engagement to request for additional information / documents
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance service delivery
  • Contribute towards improvement efforts and initiatives
  • Continuously learning and improving on product and job knowledge
  • Comfortable with cross-selling of Value-added services and product

Requirements:

  • Diploma, GCE 'A'/‘O’ level with relevant working experience in the service industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic working environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Vlook Up/ Pivot table)
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task & meticulous
  • Meticulous, diligent, well-organized with good time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to meeting timelines
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environment and frequent dynamic request from managers
  • A team player with strong work ethics and principle
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Mandarin
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
