Job Description
As the Brand & Specialist for your Business Area (BA), your role encompasses the responsibility of managing the brand and events within your BA. This includes actively promoting and cultivating your BA's identity, while simultaneously extending Continental's primary brand presence and enhancing the company's reputation among all stakeholders, both online and offline, as well as in live communication contexts.
Collaboration
- Participate in ContiTech’s central brand council to enable regular brand-related exchanges in terms of strategic brand positioning and visual guidelines
- Are your BA's main interface to the central Brand Manager and our IP department.
- Select and manage relevant service providers and agencies.
Brand Management
- Ensure full coherence of all communications materials and activities in your BA with the help of established brand guidelines.
- Develop, maintain and update brand guidelines for BA specific product brands.
- Develop and manage all brand assets (e.g., imagery, voice, tone, templates) in collaboration with Group Sector
Data Asset Management (DAM)
- Are the main responsible of your BA for the central DAM tool.
Event Management
- Manage all fairs and events your BA organizes or participates in to showcase your BA’s products and services, demonstrate your BA’s expertise, and interact with your defined target audiences.
- Steer the preparation, coordination, execution, and follow-up of cross-BA driven fairs and events in cooperation with other BA’s Brand and Event Managers.
- Are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and renewal of product demos and exhibits
Domain Management
- Manage your BA's domain portfolio and develop a domain strategy (long-term) together with our central Website and Brand Manager.
Qualifications
- University degree in the field of Communications, Marketing, Brand or Event Management or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a brand and/or event manager with a focus on corporate design, strategic brand positioning, or event management
- Experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines across multiple communication channels
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies
