Job Description:
- Liaising with freight forwarders, direct customers and overseas agency for outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Handling and preparation of shipping documents (e.g. delivery order, bill of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice, etc.)
- Tracking, monitoring and follow up on shipments to ensure order fulfilment.
- Liaising with shipper, carriers, co-loader, transporter and warehouse for the transfer of cargo from suppliers' warehouse to stuffing warehouse.
- Data entry of various shipment information into the system.
- Any documentation and ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in logistics operations (hands on) preferably, no experience is also welcome
- Outspoken, willing to learn attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
- Singapore and Singapore PR only
Working Location : Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: 8:45am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 8:45am-1pm (Alt Sat)
