Type A is looking for an experienced Social Media Senior Account Executive who’s ready to take the steps to account management, and work with us and our brands.

The ideal person we’re looking for should be:
· A creative problem solver and a social native at heart.
· Well-versed on all key social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn and inquisitive about new emerging platforms.
· Agile and nimble, with the ability to work in a adapt to the differing needs of our projects, collaborating on the go with a team that’s with you every step of the way.
· Ready to take steps to learn how to get your hands dirty with strategy and conceptualising
Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day operations in a proactive, knowledgeable and responsive way.
· Serve as the client’s key point of contact, forming strong client relationships, presenting rework
· Work with our creative team to oversee the creation of content that is optimized for each social platform and the intended audience.
· Present program outlines, platform strategies, project ideas and creative samples to clients in an effective, personable and insightful manner.
· Effectively monitor cross-channel brand performance and reputation.
· Manage all internal communications and projects as it relates to client needs. This include directing creative to apply client feedback to deliverables.
· Become educated on relevant client industries, relevant influencers in each industry, product information, competitive landscape and overall trendspotting for proactive/reactive timely social activations.
· Be part of the team that pulls data and research components needed for new business pitches.
Requirements/Skills:
· At least 2+ years of social media management experience
· Mastery of social platforms
· Demonstrated expertise in core MS platforms such as Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Presentation skills are key (we’ll help home these skills)
· Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills
· Excellent project management and organization skills
· Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines (when needed)
· Demonstrates initiative and desire to expand personal knowledge to better client practice
· Collaborative approach/attitude to internal and external scenarios
