Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization's products, services, and facilities.
2. Customer Service:Assist clients and guests with their needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage check-ins and check-outs for overnight guests or late arrivals.
3. Administrative Support:Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
Assist with mail and package distribution.
4. Security and Safety:Monitor and maintain security by following safety protocols.
Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment.
5. Problem Resolution:Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
6. Night Shift Duties:Work during night hours, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous coverage.
Conduct routine checks of premises to ensure security and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment.
· Must be able to converse well in both english and chinese
· Must be able to manage sales target
· must give customer a good customer experience
· Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
