You will focus on specific industries to forge strong partnerships and co-create employability solutions with stakeholders such as the employers, training, industry and community partners.


The Responsibilities for Executive are:

  • Outreach to companies to promote the adoption of programmes and work together to implement job creation projects to raise productivity, improve jobs, skills and wages for our local workforce.
  • Develop new and deepen current partnerships opportunities with communities, institutions, and groups to reach out to worker, understanding their career needs and matching them to relevant services and resources.
  • Project Manage career initiatives such as organising job events, skills workshops, and employment activities.
  • Provide employment facilitation assistance to jobseekers. Career support and placement activities include sourcing of job vacancies, profiling of jobseekers.
  • To match and market jobs to candidates and candidates to jobs.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Build a pipeline through outbound activities and develop new qualified opportunities.
  • Plan and organise outreach and marketing events, career events and industry engagements.



Requirements:

  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Plan and organise outreach and marketing events, career events and industry engagements.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Must be effectively bi-lingual)
  • Customer service-oriented, target driven and challenge seeking.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
