Sales Coordinator

Jickson Corporation Private Limited

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales lead through cold calls and follow ups by Sales team
  • Provide post-sales support to large customers on their orders and enquiries, and realising their maximum potential. Example: promote new products, upsell and cross-sell more products
  • Attend to incoming enquires and provide customers with quotations and support
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations / contracts / mailers / samples for sales team / product specifications and certifications
  • Prepare sales contract or re-contract, open new account, generate sales report
  • Support Sales & Marketing effort, both local and overseas
  • Assist Sales Team in order planning and forecast
  • Assist to check and coordinate on supply and order fulfilment with warehouse, purchasing and production departments.
  • Work closely with sales team and provide them with orders update when necessary
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in Sales & Marketing Department
  • Ensure collection of payment promptly
  • Ensure that all customerinformation are updated regularly into our system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year(s) of relevant working experience.
  • Good customer service mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Good interpersonal, and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive and continuous improvement mindset
  • Well-organized and meticulous.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and documentation skills.
  • Able to be independent, multi-tasking, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Applicants able to commence work within a short period of notice will have an added advantage.
