Astek is proposing an opportunity for Junior UX Strategist to support our Project based in Singapore.
Job Description:
- Develop strategic, user-focused digital experiences for multiple key audiences.
- Identify and create user personas based key audiences
- Drive efficiencies through metric driven findings.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Engineers to create innovative and intuitive user experience for Singapore Airlines Cargo applications.
- Constant engagement and review of user flows with stakeholders and product owners to identify and evaluate business requirements for project enhancement.
- Drive end to end UX strategy for cargo business development and customer success team
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of user experience and human centred design expertise
- Confident and has the ability to communicate and relate with people of diverse background
- Have a good knowledge of user centric design, systemic design, user research, user flows, wireframes, usability and design thinking
- An articulate visual and verbal communicator
- Teamwork skills and also an independent manager
- Acceptance for feedback
- Working knowledge of design software & prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe suite etc.
