A leading 3PL logistics company is looking for 2 Freight and Forwarding Executives to:
(Import)
- Interact with clients to handle both import and export shipments, ensuring the prompt transmission of crucial operational information
- Adhere to customers' requirements and proactively address and resolve any issues;
- Ensure that all shipping activities are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with the relevant regulations and requirements
- Other duties as assigned
(Export)
- Manage daily operations, including overseeing shipments, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist in handling RFQ (Request for Quotation) and spot quotes
- Manage problems, answer general inquiries and complaints for both local and overseas
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Certificate and above
- With supervisory experience, able to handle NVOCC shipment operation and documents and Tradenet
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred in a Warehouse/Logistic industry
- Able to commit to overtime as and when required
