Patient Service Associate
Location: Multiple locations
Duration: 6 months contract/ perm
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm with alt sat(AM half day)
Salary range: $1.4K - $2.8K
Job scope:
• Receive and screen patients arriving at the clinic.
• Perform full process of registration and administration for patient.
• Prepare referral letters and maintain proper filing system for scanned documents.
• Provide excellent service standards and assistance to patients.
• Perform counter and medical records duties.
• Answer and handle telephone inquiries.
• Processing of bills and charges and deposit.
• Counseling to all patients.
• Undertake any other duties assigned as assigned.
Job requirement:
- Min Olevels/ Nitec/ Diploma in any field
