Job description
- Generate invoices and maintain proper records of invoices.
- Work closely with operations to invoice customers promptly and accurately.
- Perform administrative/billing duties.
- Fleet management for channel summon to proper channel & vehicle accident management
- Prepare staff deduction form
- Support operations admin work to book delivery slots.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS office
- Detail- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work in 5 days work week
- Entry levels are welcome to apply
- Ability to start work within short notice
