Job Description:
- Process invoices and receipts
- Ensure timely monthly closure of invoices and receipts
- Support Finance Department in general admin duties
- Sorting and matching of finance documents
- Maintain proper filing of documents
- Archiving of documents
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least GCE āNā Level
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Training will be provided
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel
