Job Description
- Assist in organising and executing events from conception to completion of events
- Use and manage digital platforms such as Zoom Webinar
- Source for vendors / suppliers and venue site recee required for the events
- Organise logistic and delivery requirements
- Deployed to work at events on-site or virtually
- Generate post event reports
Requirements
- Diploma in events and/or relevant fields
- Minimum 1 year experience in Events, Fund Raising, Project Management and/or relevant fields is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, people oriented and a team player
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate, build and maintain good relationship with the community.
- Excellent in oral and written command of the English language is essential, proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking members
