Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain full spectrum of daily Logistics administration and documentations (Export)
- Responsible for Order Processing: Receive orders from customers and input order to factories.
- Liaise with factories, carriers, freight forwarder and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Receive shipping documents from factories and process necessary shipping documents for customers.
- Check freight and/or other logistics invoices and tally with Finance Department for payment.
- Maintain logistic databases and assist in the preparation of the transportation and distribution statistics for analysis.
- Coordinate shipments to ensure quality and timeliness with transportation/freight forwarder/3rd party logistics partners.
- Working with freight/ocean forwarders to schedule shipments, track shipment status, and timely delivery to destinations.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/''O" Level/Diploma or equivalent, any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Minimum with 1 year working experience in logistics support.
- Preferably with Export administrative work experience.
- Strong communication, Interpersonal skills, self-motivated, results-oriented.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
