Job Scope
- Handling full set of accounts for the group of companies
- Review and prepare management accounts for Management and consolidation purpose
- Update cashbook and prepare/monitor daily cash flow report
- Responsible for invoicing and accounting functions
- Ensure timely update of customer accounts, monitor and followup on overdue account
- Oversee payment and internal control procedures for the group
- Perform accurate data entries in MYOB Accounting system
- Process Payroll and monthly CPF submissions
- Handle bank related matters
- Prepare GST Report and submission of quarterly GST online
- Preparation of tax submissions
- Assist in the group budgeting process and forecasts
- Ensure regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions; and all other duties as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance
- Proficient in MYOB accounting software
- Independent and self motivated
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
. Flexible working hours, maximum 3 days commitment at office
