Responsibilities:
- Report to M&E Director and Client Representative
- Station at site for a Retail and F&B project
- Supervision of M&E-related works to ensure that material and workmanship are in accordance with approved specifications and drawings. Any non-conformity to be identified and highlighted.
- Identification and Highlight of non-conformances
- Attend to site walk, site meetings and testing and commissioning.
- Review site installation documents such as risk assessment and method of statement, as-built drawings and OMM.
- Liaison with contractors on site-related matters and resolve site issues.
- Ensure contractors comply with site safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed site records/filing.
- Assist in verfication of site progress for progress payment claims.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from locally recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in building services in supervision of commercial developments
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services and local construction practices
- Proficient in MS Words and Excel.
- Work on night shift as and when required. (Work shifts hours and arrangements shall comply with MOM requirements)
