Job Description:
- Daily preparation and production of breads and pastries by following standards SOPs.
- Checking and packing of bread items for delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times.
- Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Notify the Head Baker of any low stock or replenishment needs.
- Follow established recipes and procedures for consistent product quality.
- Collaborate with the Head Baker on new recipe development and improvements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader.
Requirement:
- Formal culinary or baking education is a plus.
- 5-8 Years of Proven experience in a bakery or culinary setting.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in baking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Shift Timing:
- 11:00pm - 8:00am
- 7:00am - 4:00pm
