Assist in the management of customer service at registration & booking office in hospital setting.
The Role:
- Provide assistance for enquiries, referrals, specialist appointments, admissions (including evacuation) and other support requirements such as visa applications, accommodation and transport arrangements, meet-and-greet services, interpreter services, assistance with medical outpatient appointments.
- Ensure telephone courtesy and patient confidentiality at all time.
- Make accurate data entry to the system and maintain proper document records and be well-organized at all times.
- Performs efficient and accurate patient registration
- Ensure compliance of radiology safety policy
- Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably with > 2 years of customer service/call centre/healthcare experience
- Bilingual and knowledge of various dialects or foreign language will be an asset (English, Mandarin or/and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia)
- Good telephone etiquette
- Able to work independently and in a team, pleasant and helpful
- Computer literacy is a must
