Job Description
- To ensure smooth operations of the restaurant.
- To ensure guests' satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensure that the standard of service and cleanliness is maintained during operations.
- To ensure the grooming standard are being met and maintained.
- To supervise and train the waiters/waitresses.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
- With experience in Chinese restaurant would be an added advantage.
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Service-oriented and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to delivery high level of customer service
