Our client is a reputable German MNC and dealing with Trailer Truck Equipment & Parts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Advise customers on product availability and delivery details.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of customer orders, including document preparation and input into the company's computer system.
- Manage special orders and notify customers of item availability.
- Organize correspondence filing and coordinate shipping and delivery documents.
- Participate in sales meetings and maintain sales records.
- Collaborate with other departments for various tasks, such as technical queries and payment processing.
- Independently manage shipping and customs invoices, liaising with company forwarders and shipping agents.
- Prioritize tasks to meet commitments efficiently, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Update purchase orders and records in the system, verifying orders and supply invoices.
- Negotiate rates with forwarders for optimal cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate inbound traffic and track all consignments to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
