Job Descriptions:
- Assist the Senior Business Partner with the execution of the Sustainability Apex Programme (SAP) to grow the pool of sustainability professionals and firms
- Plan and execute various activities under the programme, including workshops, overseas business trips and networking events
- Assist in marketing the various activities and driving up the take-up rate of the activities
- Liaise with external parties such as trainers, speakers and programme participants to execute the various SAP activities
- Attend to programme queries and activity follow-ups
- Conduct and collate post-activity surveys
- Track and prepare activity progress reports
- Assist in related initiatives and events of the department
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Knowledge of the accounting industry is a plus
- Experience in vendor management and marketing is a plus
