Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Executive

Work Location: Northeast Region

Working Day: 5.5 days

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 to 12:30 pm

Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,800



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Conceptualize and developan effective digital content strategy and campaigns backed by brand-driven market and consumer analysis that drives traffic to the e-commerce platforms.
  2. Create and execute digital marketing and branding strategies to capture target market interest in all digital platforms to drive sales.
  3. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition to stay updated with the latest trends and constantly improve the competitiveness of digital campaigns and customer experience to encourage purchases.
  5. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  6. Track and report market trends to re-adapt content strategies, where necessary.
  7. Prepare brochures, press releases, website material, etc., for diverse marketing distributions.
  8. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  9. Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
  10. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of all digital marketing activities and growth effectiveness.
  11. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in digital marketing with at least two (2) years relevant similar working experience.
  2. Preferred experience working in the F&B platform/industry, particularly familiar with the seafood landscape.
  3. Passion for promoting and marketing healthy seafood to the F&B industry and shoppers via Shopee, Lazada (RedMart), and Q10.
  4. Strong English in both written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  5. Proficient in E-commerce platform management.
