- We are currently representing a prominent architectural firm. They specialize in a wide range of projects, including infrastructure, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments. Known for its collaborative approach and attention to detail, the firm has garnered numerous awards and accolades for its iconic designs and contributions to the built environment. They are currently looking for a Project Architect.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to review construction designs.
- Developing building plans for a variety of construction projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential.
- Compiling budgets, material lists, and specifications for client review and approval.
- Serving as a liaison between the client and construction teams.
- Supervising building contractors and construction teams.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Generating progress reports, timelines, and updated budgets.
- Performing a final inspection upon project completion.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture & Building or related field.
- Possesses a minimum of 4-6 years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural design
- Advantageous to be registered with the Board of Architects Singapore
- Demonstrates a robust design portfolio showcasing a variety of infrastructure (railway/airport etc) design project experiences would be highly advantageous
- Proficiency in advanced drafting software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Advanced project management expertise.
- Skill in coordinating with various stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Understanding of construction costs and timelines.
