Title: Human Resource Executive

Job description:
1. Assist with EP and DP applications, updates, cancellations or renewal
2. Respond to MOM queries and complete MOM surveys
3. Assist in scheduling of interviews
4. Prepare HR related letters or documents
5. Conduct monthly onboarding calls for new APAC employees
6. Conduct and coordinate yearly training on handbooks and/ or other
mandatory trainings
7. Work with payroll vendors and ensure timely submission of payroll data
8. Check and record monthly payroll invoices
9. Create contracts and complete set up of employee profile on HRIS
10.Maintain regular updates on HRIS
11.Prepare IT documents on HRIS to record devices and hardware given to
employees
12.Plan employee engagement activities for Singapore office
13.Provide support on travel
14.Assist with adhoc projects as required
Job specifications:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2-3 years of HR experience in Operations or Payroll
- Fast learner and able to multitask
- Collaborate with people from different cultural background
- Startup experience highly preferred
