1. Being the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
2. Handling all telephone calls, redirecting them or taking messages in a timely and professional manner.
3. Handle day to day front desk reception duties.
4. The receptionist is responsible for handling incoming/outgoing mail and courier within the office. Franking postal mails and dispatch franked mails to the nearest Post Box, send registered mails to the Singapore Post Office as required.
5. Stock take of stationary/pantry/lounge needs and replenish orders.
6. Handling inventory of worker uniform & PPE etc.
7. Monitors the usage of meeting rooms in the office. And ensure rooms are scheduled appropriately and may assist in setting up.
8. Maintain all the meeting rooms and lounge arrangement.
9. Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, meeting rooms and lounge area.
10. Provide administrative support to team members in HR as necessary.
11. Perform duties assigned with a positive attitude, exercising responsible initiative and diligence.
12. Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
· Min GCE N/O/ITE level or other equivalent.
. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
· Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
· Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Good in organisational and time management skill
· Computer Literacy/Administrative skill
. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks
. Able to start work within short notice
