Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the Quality & Environment Management System and Food Safety Management System according to ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000; Kosher, RSPO, Sedex, ISCC etc.
- Attend to all audits as required by certification bodies and customers.
- Conduct periodic Internal audits.
- Follow up with the Sales team regarding customers' complaints & questions.
- Conduct food safety refresher training periodically.
- Periodic review & update of all Management Systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Food Science or Chemical Engineering; Diploma in Chemical Process Technology.
- Any QA-related Certificate will be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years experience in QA-related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
