Job Description & Requirements
- Minimum diploma/degree in civil engineering/building/quantity surveying
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in QS
- Experiended in procerement, budgeting, estmation , contract administration, measurement of quantities and v/o
- Able to work under minimum supervision
-Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
-Prepare contracts and documents
-Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procerement
-Evaluate progress payment and VOs , and cost benefit analysis
-To verify subcontractor/suppliers monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceed to prepare payment certificate
- Organized and able to handle stress
