Job Description
As a Program Coordinator, your main responsibility is to assist the Program managers on operations, pipeline management, enablement, reporting, escalations, and general program communications.
Responsibilities
- Help consolidate APAC countries’ approved deal pipelines
- Review and approve nominations after program official launch
- Manage end-to-end program communication, including various monthly and quarterly community blasts and meetings discussing program updates and various program metrics such as budget utilisation and trial activation progress.
- Monitor approved global and regional trials and be the first point of contract for troubleshooting matters or program-related questions
