Title: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team in the Operations Department.
- Foster a culture of commitment and responsibility.
- Refine workflow, procedures, and protocols for enhanced efficiency.
- Build strong relationships between coordinators, sales, and program managers.
- Act as a liaison to improve communication and clarify job roles.
- Oversee utilization of the company's App for streamlined operations.
- Coordinate monthly reviews of log sheets for finance accuracy.
- Plan and lead regular operations meetings for updates and cohesion.
- Monitor coordinating hours for optimized resource allocation.
- Assist Sales Department with SEP Portal management.
- Provide regular updates to the Operations Director.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in operations.
- Preferably experienced in the sports/fitness industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills emphasizing integrity and accountability.
- Ability to establish and sustain productive relationships in a diverse, collaborative, multicultural environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking skills and adaptable problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated service orientation and proficiency in program management.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Clear and impactful communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel.
